I love cockatiels
You also show some promise with animation, but Newgrounds is not about test movies. It's also trivial to do some research and learn how to add sounds and colorize vector graphics. It's a pity, with just a couple of hours extra work you could have made something actually worth keeping. I'm giving this 3/5, but don't expect other reviewers to be as understanding.

The game was OK I guess, and the music loop appropriate ("Can't touch this!", indeed!). A bit basic on the graphics....and a tad hard.
